I/we understand that
participation in the incentive plan of PARASMANI ONLINE
MARKETING PVT. LTD. Is purely free and optional and by
participating in the program I/We shall become the Associates of
the said program. |

All application form
must be completed in every aspect and signed on both sides. If
the form is not complete, your participation in this program
will not be activated till you finish the missing information. |

|
|
I/we understand that
“Associate” is an independent Associates and who has no
authority to bind the company to any obligations. The
relationship between an Associate and PARASMANI ONLINE
MARKETING PVT. LTD is established only by this agreement and
the Associates is neither an agent/employee or any other legal
representative of PARASMANI ONLINE MARKETING PVT. LTD. or
its service providers. |

“Associates” means
distributors/Silver Distributor “SD” / Gold Distributor “GD” /
Diamond Distributors “DD” / Parasmani “PM” or any other
designation provided by the Company. |

|
|
|
I/we understand that
for participating in the promotional/incentive plan/Business
opportunity of the company the choice is purely optional and
same shall be availed out of our own will and consent. |

|
|
|
The person authorized
by the company will explain the business of the company. |
| |
|
|
|
All the associates
should understand the promotional / incentive plan / business
opportunity in the company before signing this agreement. |
| |
|
|
|
All the payments for
purchasing of products of the company as new associates shall be
made by demand draft in favor of PARASMANI ONLINE MARKETING
PVT. LTD only and the cash payments shall be made at the
office of the company. |

|
|
The associate shall
deposit all the collections made on behalf of the PARASMANI
ONLINE MARKETING PVT. LTD for the sale of the product of the
company to the new associates only at the office of the
PARASMANI ONLINE MARKETING PVT. LTD or at the authorized
distribution centre of the company (as per list published from
time to time). The company shall not be responsible / liable for
any liability for the payments remittances made / deposited
other than the office of the PARASMANI ONLINE MARKETING PVT.
LTD or at the authorized distribution centres of the
company. |

I / we understand that
the material appearing on sites of the company as protected
under the copyright acts and I/we shall not reprint or
electronically reproduce any such documents or graphic until
unless a prior written consent is obtained from the company. |

|
|
|
All the benefits /
incentives are payable by A/c payees cheques / Pay Direct Card/
Bank Account. Payment of less than Rs. 500/- is accumulated. |
|
|
|
|
|
Processing fee 4.7%,
TDS 10.36% both processing fee and TDS will be deducted from
every Payout. |

|
The company shall not
be responsible for delays and failures in performance hereunder
where performance is made commercially in partial due to normal
circumstances beyond and failure of either parties usual source
of supply, govt. decrees or order. |

|
|
|
This agreement shall be
governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of
India, without regard to conflicts of laws. The parties agrees
to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Civil Courts of
Delhi for resolution of all disputes arising under this
agreement. |

|
|
|
All the payments will
be subject to all applicable taxes and other tax withholdings,
duties and levies. |
| |
|
|
|
Company is not liable
for any claim, cost, damage due to the misrepresentation of
associate about the quality, performance or ability of the
company’s products and services. |

|
|
|
Portal subscription is
valid for 365 days only. |
| |
|
|
|
The associate will get
the incentives in accordance with the growth of the company i.e.
higher the growth, higher the incentives. |
| |
|
|
|
I/we understand that
company shall have the absolute rights to make any amendments,
if necessary, at any time and I /we shall always abide by such
charges. |
| |
|
|
|
I /we understand that
we have to handle our tax matters on our own and company shall
not responsible towards our tax liability during our association
with the company. |
| |
|
|
|
I /we understand that
the company has its absolute discretion to terminate a
membership / business opportunity in the event of the company’s
having reasonable ground for believing that I / we have breached
any provision of this agreement, rules and regulations, policies
or procedures as amended from time to time. |

|
Termination |
| |
|
|
|
If any associate /
business promoter acts against the interest of the company. |
| |
|
|
|
If any associate /
business promoter violates any of the terms and conditions
agreed hereto or violated any subsequent changes if made to the
terms and conditions by the If company. |
| |
|
|
|
If found any statement
or information made in the application to be false. |
| |
|
|
|
If any associate /
business promoter uses the company premises / venues to
represent any other company or for its personal use. |
| |
|
|
|
The rights of a
terminated associate / business promoters to receive benefits
(commission) / compensations in whatever form) from the company
ceases immediately from the date of termination. |
| |
|
|
|
Associate / business
promoter who invites prospects for business presentation has the
right to refer his/her if any other associate / business
promoter tries to cease the prospects will be terminated. |

|
Declaration |

|
I /we hereby certify
that I am above 18 years of age and am ordering this product on
free will without any influence or compulsion. |

|
|
I/we accept that all
disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi
only. |

|
|
|
I /we understand that
the amount paid by me is towards the purchase of the
aforementioned product and is towards subscription or membership
fee and therefore, I /we shall have no right to claim any
interest or written on the same. I understand, I cannot claim
refund once I purchased the products / services. |

I /we understand that
the person who has referred this product to me is not an agent /
employee of the company, and the company is not liable for any
of his/her representation to me, if they are found to be
contrary to the contents of the website or official publications
of the company. |

|
All the terms and
conditions, privacy statements, member’s agreement, privacy
policy etc. are acceptable by me as it is published/mentioned on
company’s website etc. www.parasmani.in I have gone through all
terms and conditions mentioned above in and I undertake to abide
by all the terms and conditions of the company. |
